Please refer to our size guides available. We recommend sizing up if you are on the cusp of any size and unsure.
For our collars we have an overlap in sizes and your dog may fit both medium and large for example so you can pick the width most suitable to your dogs neck.

We recommend hand washing our items to keep the metal from tarnishing.
Allow to air dry.
A dry brush to get mud off is a great tip so that you do not have to wash your collars all the time.
The metal hardware is not ideal for dogs that are avid swimmers as this will cause tarnishing.

If your item does not fit correctly or you are unhappy for another reason we offer refunds on non-sale items within 28 days of purchase. Items must not be used or worn. Once we have inspected your item a refund will be processed.

Shipping costs are not included in refunds. This does not affect your statutory rights.
